Les Startups marocaines avaient manque le virage lorsque les investisseurs ont decouvert que l’Afrique pouvait etre un espace de l’expansion et la transformation d’idees nouvelles en source de revenus profitables pour les capitaux a risque et cela avant de faire la decouverte que plusieurs de ces potions magiques d’enrechissement a l’Afrique n’etaient en definitive que de chimeriques pots de roses obscures.
Vu ma proximite de la Silicon Valley, j’ai lance une campagne d’enregistrement de Statup et d’un processus de certification pour les Startups Marocaines.
Why am I fooling myself when I know you speak another language and love other ways of Doing business?
In all the countries where Italians emigrated, there are Italian shops and Italian importers. The Italians continue to maintain their relations with their country of origin, because the Italians who remained in Italy give them a hand, and maintain direct relations with them at all levels.
These relationships are woven through the ages and across generations and we also find this on the Pacific side, with the “Chinese Diaspora.” Mexicans do the same in California and elsewhere. I can continue to give examples. You just have to enter a store run by immigrants or with an immigrant clientele to realize such relationships.
It’s been 35 years that I have been in the United States, I have never seen a Moroccan store with Moroccan products, and although Morocco is the first country which recognize the USA and with which there is a free trade treaty and to which I contributed by participating in a trade fair in Casablanca in 2004, two years before his signing.

I contacted several Moroccan companies, including one of the largest existing in Morocco. When I started negotiations, they offered to pay me in commission.
I live close to Silicon Valley and I never received a message from a Moroccan Start-up when I was invited by the Chinese Government and I helped them to develop international trade relations and I collaborated with them to prepare their executives and their operations on the American model of entrepreneurship and at the organizational and operational level.

If it was only on paper. It’s been decades since even I was cloned into what I used to do back then to profile it and end up hiring an American and this is Al Akhawayne University and that was 1995.
We conducted interviews, we exchanged correspondence, documents, I was contacted by the Dean, the President (who did not speak a word in English at the time) and he had involved a professor in the Business Department in our telephone exchanges. They collected all documents, course preparations, Textbooks, and extra-curriculum activities, including letters of recommendation, copies of my publications.
The Grand Manitou who was then still Dean and later became President of Al AKhawayne University and later even Minister made me give these speeches for several weeks of communication, an obstacle course of the lost wars of ‘advance.
After all this beating, there remained the thorny question of salary, this Mr. Dean asked me how much I accepted as salary, my answer was that the salary charged at the University for my rank and position would be welcome.
It was doing what Julius Caesar was doing with his thumb at the Coliseum, that was the end of the show. This Dean who became President of Al Akhawayne University and Minister in Morocco hires an American Citizen while I myself am also a Moroccan Citizen and American Citizen, blind by my nationalism I did not see that this Dean who became President and Minister was in the process of setting up a justification grid allowing him to prepare himself to lead the recruitment of an American and the Little Moroccan only served as a source of intelligence and references in the negotiations with the American. Our skills serve as an exchange and a means of converting the inaptitudes and incompetence of some of our own fellow decision-makers.
I noticed the same phenomenon that I described at the business level, when I attended a fair in Casablanca featuring American exporters and importers. I was not the only one to notice it, all Moroccans residing in the USA have all been disenchanted with this uniform reaction which is based on the exploitation of data and knowledge but when it comes to receiving what is to or to be rewarded for the efforts and the work accomplished, you can wait for Godot who will never arrive.
Very recently, I was contacted by a Moroccan who is also a member of Linkedin. He asked me to help him restructure a start-up that offers integration services. I established a first analytical grid coupled with an assessment approach in relation to what I received from him as indications. It was as if I should extract information about his case. This gentleman was confined to silence and writing two or three words in his messages. Once I prepared the Assessment and the operational analytical grid and this as an Alpha Profile on the Business Model, I sent him a message to ask him if he preferred English or French as the language of my work. . He asked me to contact his technical manager whom I never had the opportunity to communicate with and whose existence I had no idea.
My answer was that he was still interested in my work and if so, then he is the person in charge of the company to say has his technical manager to contact me and our communications should be tripartite. His response was he was still interested and that was how much.
I just threw in the towel in the face of such dodges and blunders.
In short, since I came from outside, before France and now from California, I met in Morocco very talented personalities to bring you to them and convince you to trust them and make plans for them, including finding universities for their children in the United States. But when it comes time to pay, they get cool with you and you find out that the deal isn’t what you thought you had.
Morality of Moroccan History Startup
I know you are doing a tremendous job to keep the torch shining and enlightening and that is why I am going to send you this message as a celebration of all our respective sports years dedicated to this city El Jadida and to this country of Doukkala – Morocco of our birth and our past and present virtual interaction.
This is one of the reasons for this high-tech socio-cultural slump where we is currently drowned both in El Jadida and in terms of Morocco’s infrastructure. The circulation of computer and informational data is the basis of the construction of any communication infrastructure at all levels of interhuman, inter-organizational and even inter-institutional and academic relations and research if not down to earth at the level of the ordinary citizen. which makes it the pillar of any socio-economic and technological success of national or international scope. Human development is the source and the Ocean of these generational technological floods, since it is the sharing of knowledge and know-how that stimulates scientific and human progress.
In this sense and as the legend of Haroun Rachid says and his encounter with the experience of time and age of a simple man but with a deep vision in the past as well as in his present and their future, those who preceded me planted seeds of seed, I fed on their beautiful and generous labor and honest cultivation, I also sowed new plants and seeds of seeds by multiplying fields and crops beyond our borders of Doukkala, it is up to you to pass on the witness and the testimony and the know-how to the next generations.
We must create a group of dedicated athletes and sportsmen who will devote themselves to clearing new lands, cultivating new spaces, engaging those in charge and leading new generations of young people in the direction of success and athletic performance.

Act instead of lamenting, put your efforts together, you have the material, human resources so it’s up to you to find common ground and alliance and promotion of your objectives, creating a Multisport Startup and through one of its affiliates would be the promotion of sport in El Jadida. There is no Startup in El Jadida and Doukkala dedicated to the resources of the region and of the city.

A Hob Sentimental without Hub Tech
In Morocco we have the Hob for Africa but we do not have strong backs to install and build this Hob into a Techno-African Hub.
