تحتاج المملكة العربية السعودية إلى تنويع استثماراتها وتوحيدها جغرافيًا وقطاعيًا حول العالم، وذلك من خلال إنشاء تجمعات إنتاجية ذات قيمة مضافة في سلاسل التوريد، تُوفر للاقتصاد السعودي منتجات وخدمات متكاملة ومتضافرة، يُمكن الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية لتوفيرها من قِبل دول إسلامية أخرى.

ويجب أن يكون هذا التكتل ذا أبعاد وانتشار عابر للحدود، ويركز على تلبية احتياجات محددة تتوافق مع القيم التي تُمثلها المملكة العربية السعودية كرمز ووجهة.

ويُعرّف هذا التنويع والتعددية التجارية بأنهما تكامل وتمايز في التعددية القطبية الحالية، من حيث الاستثمارات والتجارة والعمليات الصناعية والتقنية والإنتاج.

ويمكن للمملكة العربية السعودية، أو حتى تحالف من الحلفاء والمستثمرين الإقليميين، أن تُرسّخ هذا البناء الاستراتيجي لتجمعات قابلة للتكيف وذات استجابة عالمية، مع التركيز على المستوى الإقليمي، كتحالف قوى.

وتشمل هذه الجهود التخصصات والتدخلات التي تُفضي إلى إنشاء إدارة مؤسسية متنوعة دوليًا، وتطوير إنتاجات ذات قيمة مضافة عالية، تستجيب وتتكيف مع التغيرات المستمرة في السوق الدولية والحركات الجيوسياسية على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي.

Saudi Arabia needs to geographically and sectorially to diversify and consolidae its Investments around the world in form of clusters of supply chain value added productions that will provision and provide the Saudi Economy with synergistic and integrated products and services that can be outsourced also by other Islamic countries and nations.

Conglomerate with transnational dimensions and outreaches that are focused on specific provision of needs relevant to the values that Saudi Arabia is the symbol and the destination.

Definition of such diversification and multinationationalisation are the complementary and the differentiation in the actual multipolarity taking place in terms of investments, trade, industrial and tech operations and productions.

Saudi Arabia and even Consortium of regional allies and investors can position this strategic construction of adaptable and responsive globally and regionally focus clusters as Union of Forces.

Specializations and Interventions leading to establishing internationally diversified institutional management and development of highly added valued productions responding and adapted to the continual changes occuring in the international market and geopolitical movement regionally and internationally.

L’Arabie saoudite doit diversifier et consolider ses investissements à l’échelle mondiale, tant géographiquement que sectoriellement, en créant des clusters de production à valeur ajoutée au sein de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Ces clusters fourniront à l’économie saoudienne des produits et services synergiques et intégrés, pouvant également être externalisés par d’autres pays et nations islamiques.

Il s’agit de conglomérats à dimension et rayonnement transnationaux, axés sur la satisfaction de besoins spécifiques, en accord avec les valeurs que l’Arabie saoudite incarne et représente.

Cette diversification et cette multinationalisation se définissent par la complémentarité et la différenciation au sein de la multipolarité actuelle des investissements, du commerce, des opérations industrielles et technologiques et de la production.

L’Arabie saoudite, ainsi qu’un consortium d’alliés et d’investisseurs régionaux, peuvent positionner cette construction stratégique de clusters adaptables et réactifs, à l’échelle mondiale et régionale, comme une véritable union de forces.

Les spécialisations et les interventions permettront d’établir une gestion institutionnelle internationalement diversifiée et de développer des productions à forte valeur ajoutée, capables de s’adapter aux évolutions constantes du marché international et aux dynamiques géopolitiques régionales et internationales.
