At the Digital Now 2025 Forum, Minister Ghita Mezzour Seghrouchni unveiled a significant financial commitment of 1.27 billion dirhams to support innovation. This funding combines venture building, venture capital, and strengthening the Technopark network, with the stated ambition of fostering 1,000 startups by 2026 and 3,000 companies by 2030.Beyond the figures, the Moroccan government is relying on new mechanisms to attract more private capital, structure entrepreneurial support, and stimulate innovation across the country, particularly through digital inclusion in rural areas and the Jazari Institutes. This strategy confirms the Kingdom’s ambition to establish itself as a regional hub for digital innovation and responsible AI.
