China High Speed Train of Life and Destiny for the Sovereign Development of National, Intercontinental and Limitroph Integration
China is conducting its own sovereign strategic infrastructure based on using its own internal needs of regional market integration as an open space for research and development as well as innovation. The vast size of China length of southern provinces with access of outlets in form of maritime ports needs to have interconnected network of communication and internal hub for exchange in complementary fashion and interaction. This was my advise to the Provincial Authorities of Guiyan during the advising I provided to them almost 20 years ago and to other Chinese Leaders I brought to the Bay Area of San Francisco to facilitate the building of relation between California and China during the Senatorial tenure of Diane Feinstein.
Now we see the result of such orientation on bigger screen. So China, its force, it does not pretend to be advanced and does not need advise, their strong believe in their own history and deep knowledge of how to respect knowledge of others, had made their decision-makers always willing to listen and use what they receive from others. It is not surprising that Marco Polo visiting China during Kublai Khan, found that his Advisor- Minister of Finance was a Muslim, Arab from Yemen.
